At the PEMO meeting yesterday, I could’ve sworn the Fred Meyers regional representative said that the stadium location is nearly profitable.
If roads, sewers, and storm water count as infrastructure then east portland has some of the highest infrastructure investment per person (or whatever denominator you want) in the entire city.

This map leaves out multi-family housing and paints an inaccurate picture of tax burden. I need to double check but I think the Pearl has the highest relative tax burden while being more effort on cost due to the compact development pattern.
