Looking north in Spring Hill, Tn around 10:45 pm tonight, we could see the Northern Lights from our porch.
The image shows a small tree in the foreground, and the side of a house to the right. The Northern Lights paint the sky with a wide streak of hot pink, which becomes magenta and then a deep purple. Two stars glow in the tiny sliver of the normal navy-colored night sky above the house next door.
