Ah, this reminds me of one of my favorite comics from Jake Likes Onions. I saved it to my phone because it is always funny.
4 panel comic from Jake Likes Onions. The first panel is text "Drug Sniffing Cats." The second panel shows two cats next to a suitcase. One is lying down and other is sitting with butt on the floor but front paws standing up. . The lying down cat says "Lot of heroin in here." The sitting up cat responds "yeah shall we tell the humans?" The third panel is the lying down cat just silent, appearing to ponder a response. You can see the cat is wearing a police vest, which emphasizes that the cat is supposed to be a police cat. The 4th panel has the same cat reapond "Fuck the State." This is funny because it is saying that cats are anti-authority and this is why they wouldn't make good police animals. The comic artist is illustrating that even if the cats could be trained to sniff out the drugs, they wouldn't actually do anything to inform their human handlers aka "the state" because the state = authority and cats dislike authority. Another point it makes is for people that prefer cats over dogs. That point is that cats won't tell on you while dogs will respond to treats. This cats are superior.

These kinds of things always remind me of one of my favorite Nathan Pyle comics.
4 panel comic strip by Nathan Pyle. Two Bald eagles are sitting in chairs. One is reading a newspaper and the other is drinking coffee or tea. First panel: tea drinker asked "do you think owl is a predator?" Second panel: paper reader "of course not he's never bothered me." Tea drinker "exactly." Third panel: no words, both continue their actions. Fourth panel: tea drinker "no idea what Mr. mouse was going on about." This is because the eagles do not have anything to fear from the owl. The owl is not a predator to them. However, the mouse does not a lot to fear as the owl eats mice.

The joke is that many people that work in the USA Oil and Gas industry are strong Trump supporters who voted for Trump even though he makes statements about wanting gasoline prices to be low and oil to be low. Traditionally, oil and gas companies engage in mass layoffs when oil prices drop below $30 per barrel for an extended time period. It is also interesting that Trump voters disregard the record USA Oil production that occurred during the final 2 years of the Biden administration. Commonly they will dismiss this as "a result of Trump's policies" instead of recognizing that Democrats do not have national support for cutting off oil supply at a level that would create a similar layoff climate for Oil and gas employees as Trump.
