Rewatched tonight. What a sledgehammer. Somehow I had forgotten the Upanishads reference in preacher Joseph Sisko’s line, “You are the dreamer, and the dream.” (Twin Peaks: The Return would later give the line to Monica Bellucci: “We are like the dreamer who dreams and then lives inside the dream.”)
