As I recall it was on purpose; those freed by Pharaoh were not the ones God wanted in the promised land, partly due to their bad attitude, and to punish them for the golden calf. It would take 40 years for the next generation to be ready. Even Moses was not allowed; his brother Aaron led the Hebrews

Vanity Fair paper products are owned by Koch Industries. I can easily live my life without giving money to the Koch brothers. There are plenty of alternatives.

The best thing on the menu is the clam & bacon pie. If you get the chance to return (or visit the other locations) this is a priority.

So you're suggesting that it's sexism that's keeping the left down?

Dad grew up in NYC in the 40s, pre McCarthy. He always found it amazing: "It wasn't just that everyone was a communist, it mattered what type of communist you were." NYC is still an unusual bastion of the far left. I don't think it's unfair to suggest this type of politics may only work there.

I can't wait to "here" what the editors have to say for themselves

Maybe the opposite occurred - they initially believed what they heard from Hamas, dug deeper, realized they didn't have conclusive evidence and said as much in a follow-up...or have you just dug in your heels and can't believe that might be true?

Dad was the King of parallel parking. People said I was the king but I explained to them that as his eldest son, I was only the crown prince and by royal succession, would remain so until his death. Sadly, I am now the king.

This is one of my favorite covers. Listen to This Year's Girl - Costello is in full control. He is behind the camera directing everything, including you, the viewer of the photo. Ironically, he is in front of a camera being photographed

Pro-choice was never pro-abortion, and pro-life was never about preserving life. It should be called anti-choice, because that's what they've demonstrated they believe.

Haven't thought about Mannix in a long time. Now I hear the theme music in my head.

While you make those notes, you might as well catalog them in Discogs. You'll have your collection in the cloud, understand all the variations of each record, and if you ever want to sell, you'll have a valuable resource.

I don't think this is a good analogy. We can find dinosaur bones, we can find human ones to, but getting the actual specific bones of a particular individual is at another level. Its like, "we've found a tyrannosaur, but is it Kevin?"
