It can happen at any track with chokepoints. The Glen is another one where it can happen due to the bus stop, tons of flips happen there due to the cars getting squished together.

A further note of the mission was the Soviet mission, Rodina 5. The mission was believed to have served a similar purpose as Trinity 2, and both were launched, and orbited the moon at the same time.

As I said above, it’s being done in an attempt to protect the local Spotted owl, because the barred’s are invasive to the region.
