This is crazy. 2 US Navy pilots were shot down in the Red Sea in what's being described as a "friendly fire" incident involving the guided missile cruiser USS Gettysburg.
Both pilots survived after ejecting from their F/A-18 Super Hornet, which is a fighter aircraft that costs $60 million per unit.
