I don't remember the last time I was unhappy. I would guess years and years. It is so overwhelming to be sad and angry. Like you I get moments where I forget what's happening and I go back to my normal being. But damn it's just not lasting long enough!

I've watched ABC for a long time and it seems fairly balanced. I quit watching CNN a few years back.
