But… they’ve done well in the Europa League and in their previous loan deals. Can we for once try and trust some of the youth? I do remember at least one that was given a random chance and ended up a pretty good player….

If they drink some 4-5 weeks before pre season starts … surely that’s not an issue. It’s well out of their system. As long as they keep up with their fitness schedule in between they’ll be fine.
