Have you tried going into settings, updates, and under uninstall update, remove the most recent if possible? This is how it looks on Windows 11

Try doing this
In CMD prompt, type " Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth "
Wait for it to finish, and then do " sfc /scannow "
Wait for it to finish, then restart PC.
This is something I've had to do when the taskbar disappeared, and it came back after this! Let me know if it works
