The Smoked Cheesecake 2.0 experiment turned out very well!

Spouse cold smoked the cream cheese over cherry and pecan sawdust. I cut it into
Smaller pieces which helped get more smoke flavor in.

Further experiments with pairing will happen tomorrow.

Also, Shiare liked it. 😻
