Day 14 if #ArtAdventCalendar

I made boutonneires for my son and his friends for prom. Dipped wooden flowers in acrylic inks and then assembled with some accent faux foliage. I had a lot of fun and will be using this technique to make some house decor arrangements.

Since the full body people I draw/paint tend to be faceless, it's really rewarding to play & experiment with faces when I do portraits, especially of friends!
Really enjoyed figuring out how to turn half of their face into this handsome dragon!
