My go to joke at work for some of my workmates that talk too much and slow down process is “You’re a lotta yabba yabba not a lot of do.”

I used to have older tags but came across a vampire novel that happened to have an Asian vampire described as a gaki. Read up more on them only to find out less vampire and more a form of preta. Also amused as it had a dual meaning for brat. Jin both as “person” and demon. Thus the handle.
