It's funny what people consider hard vs easy. I'm OK with basic plumbing (replacing faucets, valves, outflow pipes, toilets, caulking) and electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches), but drywall is too hard. A friend called plumbing and electrical the devil's spawn and told me why drywall was trivial

Another option is Powell's. Local to Portland but they have an online catalog (including their used portfolio) and ship anywhere.

I saw a few of the original airings. We bought our first color TV because my grandfather (who was living with us at the time after his wife dies) wanted to see Star Trek in color. First episode I saw later (maybe 9 or 10 years old) was Corbomite Maneuver. Great intro to Trek though.

When I saw the movie in the early '90s I was living in Sierra Madre, CA, the town that it had been filmed in. I was unaware that was the case before I started watching, and oh my did that cause it to hit home even harder.
