Today’s workouts, and Saturday’s walk! Upper body work cooked me good today but the walk on Saturday was really nice, long but relaxing. Looking forward to the weather getting more mild so I can get an earlier start.

Today's workouts. Used 15-pound dumbbells as my "light" weights today and do you know what? 15 pounds is not light! It's almost entirely the opposite!

Some workouts! I totally spaced on posting yesterday's and today's, so here they are. Put a pause on re-doing the 3-week strength program, just doing some regular lifting. Today the lifting made my brain make the good chemicals and I'm in a real good mood!

Today’s workout. Restarted the three week strength program and added some HIIT to the mix! Gonna aim for 50 minutes a day every day this week. LFG MONDAYYYYY

Today's workout. I finished the 3 week strength program! It was super fun and incredibly challenging and I think I'm gonna start it again next week. I might add some short yoga sessions beforehand too. FITNESS EXCITEMENT TODAY

Today’s workout. Week 2 of the strength program! Getting used to the 25 pound dumbbells. Hopefully those keep being a challenge for a while because they’re the heaviest ones I have and dumbbells are expensive!
