DEI was never about merits but them trying to correct their past guilt of suppressing minorities. Their guilt should not hold us back. Create your businesses and become more independent and free in your life.

Last time I checked the people being fired by US Gov't are American citizens who are a paycheck away from losing their homes, medical insurance and kids out of school. When did America become ok with this!
