Ha! I'm making chocolate chip cookies this morning. Right now the dough is chilling for a bit. Then bake! We like ours with milk chocolate.

The alternative economy is always a good way to go. You're not doing a "woman thing," your doing a smart thing to support your family economy. I guess I would call that being the "bread winner." 😆

I assume rats can chew through bone because we have some big bison bones as garden ornaments (it's a Montana thing) and the mice are gradually demolishing them. Maybe they need the calcium.
