So, that was fun to share MY Spotify listening age with our 30-something kids who scored in the 6O’s🤣

Names of boats, in this case a houseboat in #Amsterdam, strike me as a mix of punny and poetic

Missing our sweet Sophie doodle like crazy. We put her to rest a couple days ago. Our third family dog, she lived to nearly 15 and it’s never nearly enough when you love a dog 💔

Do what makes you happy.

Visited my local library to find my book, Carrying My Father’s Torch, next to my most recent read, @InaGarten ‘s wonderful memoir.

The world is in a frenzy.
Stepping away to do what makes you happy is more nourishing and necessary than ever.

Do what makes you happy.

Moon rise over the Atlantic.

In troubled times, look up. Look around. Nature’s beauty is calling, calming.

Good thing Sophie’s cute. We returned home from dinner to discover this 14+ year old #doodle found an electric toothbrush head in the trash and ate it-bristles and all. Love her so. And aging issues are real.

Remember to get outside. Look up. Let a bird’s song from the trees take you to a spot that’s restful and remember to breathe.

Furry family reunion 🤗
It’s been rough not being with our 14 year old Sophie doodle in these unprecedented times. Our pets are pure joy.

Went to cheer for athletic excellence instead of watching the SOTU.

Excellent decision. What did you do?

And be sure to watch Senator Slotkin’s compelling rebuttal. Best one yet.

The world is also is also beautiful.
It snowed on the mountains last night.

Find the trail. The view. The book. The one who makes you smile.

Savor beauty in things big and small.
