Yes exactly! One agent for hundreds of people. About 7 hours in a line. They landed in Ottawa at 3 pm and my spouse got to talk to someone at 2 am finally. He was put on a flight back to Toronto at 8 this morning. His nee flight leaves tomorrow from Toronto and he has to find himself a hotel

You are lucky you got back to Toronto. My spouse got diverted to Ottawa where Air Canada dumped them. He's been standing in line for over 6 hours. No food available, no hotel vouchers nothing. Shitty service all around

Heard the runways are confirmed closed until tomorrow. My spouse won't get to his destination until Wednesday now which makes his trip no longer viable. Hopefully he can get home to Edmonton. Hope you make it home as well asap.

My spouse was about to land when it happened. He was diverted to Ottawa and is still waiting on the tarmac for a gate to open. No idea what next step is as his connecting flight is in supposed to depart Toronto tonight
