Hi Greg, is there a measure to actually see the affordability per state by taking incomes and other factors into account?

And over in Crikey, Keane had a series of meltdowns because the project went 10% the budget. I mean, get a bloody grip. If I heard an infrastructure project finishing on budget, I’d be suspicious.

Do you have the same idiots on here?

They are doing the same now with the social media teen ban. It will most likely be challenged (I think it already is). It is a sign of impunity. They are just rushing things through, hoping that no one will challenge their laws. Incredibly irresponsible.

Labor are doing exactly what I thought they would be doing. In fact, they were very open about what they were going to do: big fat nothing. And we collectively voted for it.

It was a blast episode! Thank you.

It's great news. But even in Victoria, it is still unconscionable that more investors buy homes than first-home buyers. It is simply insane.

Have you tried this one though? It’s glorious! I don’t need gluten free food, but this pasta is amazing.

Sadly, true. We are very bad at wake-up calls.

The amount of money they are pumping into it is just beyond comprehension.

Don't you think we are seeing a dot-com 2.0 bubble brewing? It's only a matter of time before an AI "teacher" will proclaim Hitler to be the greatest man, or an AI "nurse" kills someone by prescribing the wrong medication, and the whole thing falls apart.

I remember when we arrested teenagers for copyright infringements, by which I mean when kids copied the content of a legally bought CD to their computer or something.

Thank you for this post!

FPTP is total crap. But the system of electing a single member per seat is outdated and with most members being party members doesn’t even make sense. A form of proportional representation with compulsory voting is what should be the best practice.

What a pity! I hope you’ll see it next time :)

In the Northern Hemisphere, you would have seen the Earth’s shadow wearing off the other side, from the left.

This was a disappointing one because it perpetuated a lie that with increasing productivity the standards of living improve. The modern day reality is that productivity decoupled from wage growth and that’s why nobody cares about it. It just pumps up profits.
