This is why I am not an experimental chemist. I wanted to have a boiled egg for lunch. Microwave was not a great idea and I had to deal with egg explosion .

I usually don't post about food but this is one of a kind and we will have it tonight for new years eve: "cotechino in crosta di puree" typical Bolognese dish; a kind of sausage in a mashed potatoes crust. Happy New Year!

I was visiting PNNL. Great scientific day, but this is at the airport nearby. Unfortunately this is the country we live in.
