US outlets have been refusing to publish any leaks and are pretty untrustworthy at this point. Both WaPo and NYT knew about Venezuela but said nothing. Not surprising

I think these surveys are getting at something deeper than the economy/markets. They're showing that people genuinely aren't looking forward to the future. They don't have hope that next year will be better than the last. Something that I don't believe was the case in 2008 and 1980

Outside of healthcare idk about fall off. But I think the low fire side of the low fire low hire trend is coming to an end and unemployment will continue to tick up. No need to hoard employees and AI is a great cover to increase layoffs, even if they aren't technically mass layoffs

Seems like the last minute push worked but was also needed.

How is Burns from Dickson? I haven't seen anything yet although I've mainly been checking the new votehub guy's twitter

He's still the favorite despite everything which is crazy. At least according to "prediction" markets ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Without the tattoo he was winning the primary by 30

Behn was DSA endorsed in the primary lol

I'm curious if the Nashville location setting includes the entire district?

No that language was removed. It's a justification but not required for their redistricting to go forward

This, and another 16% are disappointed. Not exactly a turnout driver in the midterms for his party

I've noticed it spits out a ton of documentation. Like 3-4 extra documents just for excessive documentation of the changes it made

The last thing the tech bubble needs is a bailout. The lack of actual competition is strangling real innovation

I need to see the "Spanberger United front" meme again lol
November 4, 2025 at 7:51 PM
I feel like shy Jones voters are going to be a real thing. I think a Spanberger+8 or more will carry him across the finish line. Also I just don't see how there's that much ticket splitting between Lt. Gov and Gov.

Jones = Spanberger's margin - 8
October 24, 2025 at 12:29 AM
I'm betting Jones wins by ~4. My thinking is Spanberger - 8
