On Monday night, the Georgia House voted 150-3 to approve the Senate substitute of HB 123. It has now gone to Governor Kemp for his signature! We are so grateful for all of our advocacy partners in getting this much-needed legislation across the finish line! #nodpforid

HB 123 has just passed in the Senate! As there were changes made to the bill in the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House will now need to approve those changes.
