DHS has clarified that SNAP recipients can use their EBT card with any unspent SNAP benefits in November. However, the Nov. SNAP benefits will be suspended until federal funds are available. If you are in need of food, you can find a local food bank at bit.ly/48PHvsm

The USDA must use the SNAP contingency funds to provide some SNAP benefits in November. This is the minimum step the agency must take. USDA can also use its discretionary authority to find additional funds to pay out full SNAP benefits for November. bit.ly/3JoxS9o
