The fact that he's since been whining about Joshua not following the contract is just, it's perfect. "waah, you weren't allowed to hit me that hard!"

Anthony Joshua, modern folk hero.

The public sector here in the UK is also heavily going in for it, regardless of how much it contradicts existing environmental targets. How much this has to do with senior leadership of the ruling party having received donations from AI lobbyists is entirely a matter of speculation.

Was just watching Red Letter Media's hour long roundtable on the subject, some genuinely insightful commentary from a youtube channel that predates youtube.

Opinions ranged from "This sucks, I hate that we can't stop it" to "this sucks, here's how (inevitable) total economic collapse will stop it"

The problem with Clinton and Harris is they were both historically shit candidates.

Clinton is insanely arrogant and can't hide it, Harris has no original ideas and toes the party line even when the party line is "blowing up kiddies in Gaza is a moral duty."

I'm actually going to counter that ans say War of the Beast is one of the worst introductions you could have to Warhammer.

I'll admit this is subjective, but it's one of the worst series i've ever read, even by Black Library standards. It's actually infamous for being a total mess of a series.

Man, remember that time Dr Who tortured a Space Palestinian to save Galactic Eurovision?

You'd think that happened in the 70's but it was this year, 2025.

I will admit that both Corbyn and Mamdani being gunners does salve it slightly.

I have no real reason to hate Arsenal, but just knowing there's a good chance that Sir Genocide Armer KC is watching any given match from a concessionary box *someone else paid for* just makes me want to see them eat shit every game.

Chillier for some than for others, sadly. A perfect time for a boiler to break down.

To prepare for running a TTRPG, i've spent the last year watching/reviewing all the Trek shows/tv. Love LD, but not much else. It comes down to this:

Old trek was made by science fiction writers for tv. New is made by TV producers who resent needing an established IP to sell their action stories.

Always thought of TMP as just a 2hr+ adaptation of TOS's The Changeling, but re-examined it after the RLM retrospectives and I gotta say Mike Stoklasa made a strong case.

There's just something magical in the way talking about Star Trek brings the light back to that washed-up old alcoholic's eyes.
