Wrapping up 2025 at @tirana's Christmas markets! Music show and fireworks comes later in the night. So thankful for this year and the ways in which it inspired me, pushed me, and forced me to grow ✨️ 2026 will be one for the books!

2025 is almost over, but I had to write this piece on why Europe is better than the United States. As someone who's traveled to 26 countries, Europe outpaces the United States by MILES...

I explain why in my piece below...

Three Reasons Europe is Better Than the United States
The world is always changing and evolving. Those who evolve with it are setting themselves up for success, whereas those who cling to fear, regression, and ignorance are bound to be left behind.

My 2026 New Year's Resolutions are to explore more of Albania outside of Tirana (but also see more of Tirana's museums, cafes, and take a cooking class here), get more fluent in German, read books, and enjoy myself in each country I'll explore after leaving Albania in July! 😚

It's been grand but I'm ready for bigger and better in 2026! 💛

THANK YOU 2025 🫶🏽 I started off the year in Argentina before spending time with my aunt, visiting South Africa, Mexico, Finland, and Estonia. I went paragliding in two different countries, visited South African wineries, and tried delicious dishes across multiple continents.

As 2025 wraps up, I'm in a reflective mood and had to take some time to write about something I've noticed in a LOT of people.

My piece:

Mulled wine. 🍷 Cheesecake. 🥧 Tirana Christmas lights 🎄 I can't think of a more delightful way to wrap up my second week of seven months that I have in Albania 🇦🇱 I love it here. I'm so enchanted with the city's festivities and Christmas markets! So thankful I get to wrap up 2025 here.

So thankful for the work I've put into my career over the past almost 9 years. Hard work, following your instincts, and ignoring the lower timelines that manifest as outside noise will forever be undefeated. As 2025 closes out, I'm taking time to not just reflect on what this year has been for me.

2025 has truly been a phenomenal year and I had to write all about it on one of my websites. In this article, I explore what 2025 was for me, with a special focus on my travels, metaphysical timelines & why my exit from the United States was so important.

Will be using the rest of 2025 to balance my time between resting, exploring more of Tirana, getting my German practice in for eventual EU residency/citizenship, and celebrating 🍾 the fact that I made it out of the falling state that is the United States.

I am staying in to rest this weekend, but I had to write this article about my long term goal to acquire European residency and citizenship 🇪🇺

PERSHENDETJE, TIRANË 🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱 This marks country #26 where I'll be for the next seven months as part of my #slowtravel, #countryhopping era. This is a portion of my life that I'm carving out for deeper, more immersive travel before pursuing residency and citizenship somewhere in Europe.

For so many reasons, I felt inspired to write a piece about why knowing when to walk away from places, people, or situations that no longer serve you is so important. The #sunkcostfallacy can only hold you back from better, brighter timelines. ✨️

The Recurring Theme of "Walking Away" in My Life
The sunk cost fallacy is the demise of so many people. This ridiculous notion that just because one invests a lot of time (or other resources) into something means they should automatically stick with...

Making big changes in my life and one of those just so happens to be my chosen method of contraception!

In my piece below, I write about why I switched to @opill_otc and will be sticking with this form of birth control moving forward.

Opill's Over-the-Counter Birth Control is a Godsend
Hormonal contraception (methods used to prevent pregnancy by thickening cervical mucus or suppressing ovulation) is an essential asset to many women and girls worldwide.

As someone who's chronically online, I'm very tuned into conversations about "declining birth rates." I very much get the nuances of this & all the threads that weave into this topic, which inspired my latest blog post!

Give it a read when you have time!

I've been in an ... interesting ... headspace since returning to the States from Finland not even a month ago. My piece below gets into that AND my booking of my next trip, this one being seven months in Albania. Give it a read when you have time.

Hunkering Down Until I Depart For Albania
Numb yet peaceful. Strategic yet centered. Aware yet detached. All of this encompasses the headspace I've been in since my return to the United States from Finland.

I am so sleepy, but before I call it a night, I had to write about my six week stay in Helsinki, Finland. I truly couldn't be more grateful to have spent this summer in the happiest country in the world. Give my latest a read when you have a moment!

Kiitos @loylyhelsinki 🇫🇮 Today I enjoyed my first ever Finnish sauna experience. Started off by showering and washing my hair, then alternating between the various saunas they have here. Ordered a ginger beer in between sauna sweat seshs and then took a mini dip in the (cold!!!) Baltic Sea twice!
