The Pine tree has been used medicinally for thousands of years. Its ability to aid respiratory function is long documented, it’s good for skin infections, and even reduces inflammation. A tea of Pine needles is a powerful cold treatment, you can add other beneficial herbs, too!

Hudson Valley snowdrops! I didn’t see these anywhere my first year up here so it was a real treat to see them poking up on my walk yesterday. The community I am weaving here is made of both human and more-than-human beings. 🤍
