Each semester of grad school so far has felt like being smacked in the face over and over without time to heal and think about wtf just happened. My goal this semester is to find time to sit quietly and stare at the wall.

Each semester of grad school so far has felt like being smacked in the face over and over without time to heal and think about wtf just happened. My goal this semester is to find time to sit quietly and stare at the wall.
Despite my love of a good seminar, I'm excited to take a different approach to scholarly work this semester. I have this idea that independent/small group studies will allow me to have the slow, thoughtful reading and processing that a packed schedule does not allow.
