Four years ago KoKo found truffles and I worked on my culinary counterpart. This omlette was prepared in a non-stick pan that was wiped with truffle-infused canola oil and filled with cremini mushrooms and truffles that were sautéed in truffle-infused canola oil and truffle salt. #flattenthecurve
