Tonight's #WFPB one-pot dinner inspired by my Polish heritage (though I think this dish would fit in many cultures around the world!). White onion, portobello mushrooms, celery, carrots, garlic, wheat berries, and spinach. Seasoned with caraway seeds, marjoram, and a healthy pinch of salt. #vegan🌿
