However, if we go by that logic then we would never help anyone...and please remember these people are enduring war, starvation, lack of medical supplies, water... War affects everyone .

To be honest with you, women and children are not supposed to show their face as per their religion and their culture. Those ones that generally show their face are doing it for money...also anyone can put someone else's picture. You can never be sure that the money is falling into right hands...
