Combat uses a lock-on inspired by Metroid Prime, don't have to worry about aiming on top of it all. While locked-on you can use the mouse / control stick to change the amplitude (y axis of controls) and frequency (x axis of controls). Matching the player's teal to the enemy's mauve deals damage.
