Decided the goal for my 44th year on this damn rock is to be kinder to myself. That means not setting unrealistic goals or timelines, listening, trusting, and being more patient with myself.

Kicked it off at Bonneville Hot Springs, which was a compromise of “wanting to run away” and “staycation.”

DONE!! My god, what a wrestling match.
