The plan is 15 min vids, mix of talking head + computer screen (text, code, graphs), recording both at once + editing.

Doing a revision of a paper for a business journal -- i realized the intro, lit rev and theory sections ended up as repetitive and overall too long.
I tried AI several ways, bc I don't like editing text.
