This is our last #LetterboxdFriday of the year 2025, isn’t it? My #LastFourWatched are a rollercoaster. From a depressing but heartfelt incredibly casted Kate Winslet directed Christmas tale, an epic concert movie, a nerdy chess programming vintage comedy to a brilliant too smart for me horror film
And all I could think of during this scene is that all (human) culture is just wiped out off the face of the planet forever.
They were singing, dancing for the sake of that peruvian girl's well being, the second she joined the hive, all is unnecessary, all is lost.

But that also means no individual expression. Everyone is just happy and jolly.
