I harvested the last of my garden produce this weekend. Today I roasted all of the green tomatoes with some peppers, onion, and head of garlic until they had a nice char. That all got blended up with cilantro, lime juice, and salt. It doesn't look pretty, but it's a tasty mild salsa. So good!😋🌶️🫑🍅🧅🧄

Today's lunch was a slightly spicy roasted squash soup made from oven roasted butternut, acorn, and yellow crookneck squashes and poblano peppers from my garden. Served with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some toasted squash seeds. So good!🥣😋
