Já vimos essas mesmas estratégias usadas pelo Trump para desmantelar a administração pública sendo aplicadas por Bolsonaro. Elas são sistemáticas e baseadas em experimento e aprendizagem em diferentes países. É quase um manual de práticas para enfraquecer as barreiras institucionais da adm pública.
Essa semana, teremos a alegria de inaugurar o CEPIPE - Centro de Pesquisa em Implementação de Políticas Educacionais. CEPIPE é uma parceria entre Instituto Unibanco, FGV EAESP, Insper, Fundação Carlos Chagas, USP e a Secretaria da Educação do Estado de SP, com financiamento da FAPESP.
