Yes, the training data used currently is bad, yes there needs to be regulation around that, no AI art isn't the devils offspring.

For those who will come out and whine about how I'm not in the industry -
I'm a software engineer and AI is slowly getting better here but you still don't see AI code being better than human code.
They do a different job and if you can't see that you shouldn't be writing dumb opinions
