The smoke is disgusting. It's been in the "unhealthy" category for millions down here. Honestly, it's getting old real fast. Year after year of this lasting weeks lately....never had this happen when I was a kid.

Very few. Most of it likely resides in the same locations it was mined at before, but at greater depths, etc. I'm all for protecting the environment, but there must be balance. ✌️

The economics of it need to work, that's for certain. At the end of the day, the resource is present. If there's a will (and demand), there's a way! 💪

The UP of Michigan has thousands of tons of copper in the ground. It's not that we don't have it. It's the will to adequately pay workers to do the hard work of pulling it out of the earth. 🤯
