Oh my, episode 2 is 54 minutes, do you think it's because in episode 1 they end by going into the upside down world and then episode 2 just picks up right away, and then it ends with a sudden cliffhanger OHMYGOODNESS

Could you imagine getting psyched for this kind of news? Wake me up when actual content comes out! Snooze fest with this stuff!

I would love to see a movie in the style of the F1 movie about Banana Ball. Like there's an aging ball player trying to stay on the roster, living in his car outside the stadium, shoving his young rookie teammate when they screw up, saying "they're laughing AT you! Not WITH you!"

@cbbworld.bsky.social I've been really into Survivor recently. And I know a lot of people in CBB World also like that show, as well as other shows. What if, now hear me out, we had a Survivor watch-a-long Survivor podcast hosted by CBB favorites? What does the Hey Randy crew think of this??

Man... When Adrien Brody told the orchestra to stop playing him off during his Oscars speech I turned to my friend and said "Where's Will Smith when you need him?"

With all due respect to Conan, and I mean ALL due respect, I think Kimmel should host the Oscars until he's unable to. Conan is so good at what he does, and I'm forever charmed by him, but Kimmel is just the GOAT.

I see you, Severance, with your stunt casting voiceover in the first episode in season 2. Wake the f*ck up, indeed.
(For the record, I loved hearing his voice and he is GOATed with the Sauce)

I wish Zach Cherry had something to promote way more often, because he's shown up on multiple of my favorite podcasts this week and he's easily one of the best podcast guests. Put this man in more things!

Literally all I've heard of the movie Better Man is two things: 1) Robbie Williams is huge everywhere except US, and 2) It's a unique take on a biopic because he's portrayed as a monkey.
... Neither of those describe the quality of the movie. So... Pass?

Seems kind of insensitive to have the Vikings play in LA next week. Like "Hey, look, I know you all are evacuating and running for your lives, so we'll consider not playing here if we absolutely have to. But please come still??"

I've probably said this every single time they're on the show, so why not say it again, the Calvin's Triplets are my all-time favorite characters on this show and I've probably lost years on my life with how hard I laugh at them.
We crack the top 5!!

Part 3 available now wherever you get your podcasts, ad-free or otherwise.

@marcuswoodard.bsky.social haven't listened yet but I do enjoy these two talking and will listen later!
As Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamay discuss massive government spending cuts, Jon Stewart and @mcuban.bsky.social dig into the need to weed out waste while protecting parts of large government programs that work.

@marcuswoodard.bsky.social say what you will about Colin Jost (I think I remember you having an opinion on him??) but he's pretty decent as host of a show I just discovered, Pop Culture Jeopardy!

I'm just jealous of Taylor Sheridan getting to work with actors he admired in his early adulthood. Costner, Stallone, Freeman, Ford, Sam Elliott, and now Billy Bob with Landman. Sheridan is just living his dream and I support it.

As I watch Jumanji I get bummed that David Alan Greer wasn't in more things. I know he's still with us, and in a hit show currently, but I'm talking about movie roles, people.

There are certain movies that feel like they were made to be watched on cable on a Sunday afternoon. Jumanji (1995) is one of those movies.
