Here I am getting a quad translating the skills ive learned.
Fight people in solo fight someone good ask yourself who is this person in my games I like playing with them, vs them, invite them for pickups. Worst that can happen is get a no and try again with another person. Go raise the line!

When you lose games or even 1v1 interactions ask why did I lose what did I do wrong? Sometimes it is just teammate went 1-11 dam ggs go next. But sometimes its cause I went 3-7. REFLECT on your gameplay don’t deflect. It is easy to make excuses like bad map bad mode bad teammates

But you can improve + find people by looking at xp similar to that you would +. I know at least 5 rank demons that if you put them in +2 scrims can handle their own. Improving is hard mentally some days feel like ASS but that’s what learning looks like.

This is to say ive had players doge me but after I beat them they are down to play with me. Some are chill some arent but at the end of the day I dont need them in order to win or play the game. I understand we want + so we can then meet others who are of similar skill and we can all improve

I have the logs of me losing and gaining a bunch. By the end of it I feel like a better player that has peaked at 2924 so far. Currently 2864.

I use to play stamper and swapped to decav and spent time watching jp stream vods, jp videos and translated them. Improvement looks like this. Some days you will lose 200 points learning, another day you will gain 300 points since you learned.

Build goals both small and big, you got 2300 last season aim for 2500 next season. Aim for better understanding of your weapon, maps, mode. There are guides to all of these on youtube. Some english some Japanese than need to be translated.

Is the practice perfect no. But thats the point so you can get more comfortable when shit hits the fan or you gotta play in “wierd” conditions. If you can play on bad maps you can play on good maps. If you know how to fight 1v2s you can win 2v1s it helps build fundamentals for different situations

You can get good scrim practice in +3 but if you like me and get dodged just go play x rank. In my time grinding x I fought kyo, len, dylan, and other + players I otherwise wouldnt be able to scrim again. Some losses some wins but we keep pushing.

If you want to improve secret is learning how to adapt, watch jp vods of people playing your weapon and see how they approach overtime, the game, objective, fights etc. be critical while watching ask why did x do z instead of Y oh I wouldve done y was that wrong? Overtime you will learn how to adapt

I am not mad I didnt pass voting Idc I beat better players before and after voting. This is to say you can improve outside of plus server. Is it faster maybe but at a certain point you can get better practice other ways.

I was in +3 before, in the summer of 2025, and in the server I would ping for scrims and for pickups. I would get very little responses or nothing. I then later got kicked from +3. All this to say I recommend someone with same results and they passed voting while I didnt.

I think alot of people want to improve and show off how much they have improved but it is hard in a ladder against other players. What I mean is as you try to improve others are also improving
