Not sure if you’d heard that Israel had ‘allegedly’ recruited “ISIS” gangs to infiltrate Gaza and disrupt aid within and cause division within the territory. As every far fetched ‘allegation’ regarding the Israel regime turns out to be true I’m not holding out much hope for this one being untrue.

They are a private company abiding by a government contract no? Without seeing that contract, I assume there is no exclusivity in that contract so why not just contract with them to provide services for Ukraine? I’m old and naive about these things but I know money talks…
