An oldie but goodie

We took our almost 3 year old and our doggo on a hike today. It was good for my soul to spend some time in nature. I was honestly impressed by how much walking my child did and super proud of his problem solving skills. Loved seeing my senior dog run. Hopefully the first of many such expeditions!

Just finished reading Gather by Kenneth M. Cadow for my middle grades/YA book club. This is our first book of the year; what a winner we picked! Can't wait to discuss. Highly, highly recommend. Also: while a lot of terrible things happen to the protagonist, the dog makes it through just fine. 📚💙

My doggo spent the day at doggie daycare yesterday while we were out weddinging. They took multiple photos of him but this one is by far the winner. 🐕

Proof of aforementioned snow. Amazed that friends and family south of us are getting even more, and folks north of Atlanta aren't getting any at all. Weather be wilding.
