I worked for Target for 3 Years, and I can tell you DEI was a corporate PR stunt. I didn’t feel included, hell they denied me 98 hours of paid leave and fired me when I took a single day off to help my 70 yr old Mom move out of State. LGBT Don’t pay the bills hun. HR was TOXIC. miss me with that sh-
