This is unprecedented in this country. Never has an entire political party enabled, and become complicit, in allowing the president to completely ignore the Constitution and do whatever he damn well feels.

Congressman Dan Goldman was saying that many members of the GOP have a fear of retribution if they speak against trump, either directly or indirectly. And concern for their family members is first and foremost because we've seen what MAGAt sycophants are capable of.

Just add that to the list of all the other crimes that he won't be punished for. He's like a petulant child. He gets away with something and then continues to push the envelope to see where the redline is and thanks to the GOP, that line is non-existent.

But his ego won't allow him to acknowledge that he's unsure or doesn't understand something. There have been countless times when he's professed that he 'knows more than anyone else' with numerous topics. That fragile ego of his makes him extremely weak and a laughingstock.

Trump ran for two reasons: one, to stay out of prison after being convicted of 34 felonies and secondly, to monetize his position or power. He has no clue how to run a business much less a country. He's barely going to get through the next 3 years due to failing health.

Trump takes advice from no one. He always thinks he's smarter than anyone else. But the reality is, that to qualify for a position in his administration, you only need to compliment his hair.
