Intersex is an outdated dehumanising term for “person with a DSD condition”. All DSD conditions are sex specific. And “HRT” aka cross sex hormones don’t change your DNA

Sex is binary and immutable. And that matters. Men cannot be women. No child is born in the wrong body. To suggest otherwise is homophobic, misogynistic, ableist nonsense.
