Leave the world better than you found it.
Opinions are my own.
@ttcalerts.bsky.social I think your map at Shaw and Dundas is wrong. Why is Shaw west of Ossington? Very confusing when it's relevant to the route change.

There's so much more public space to be had if we just have the courage to open it!

Front Street should be open to pedestrians every weekend! The central median planters make great picnic spots.

We make developers spend $$$ to retain heritage buildings because we understand the value they being to the city, especially at the ground level. But new construction? Flat, sterile glass is fine apparently. I hate it.

This is literally all I'm asking for. A few brick columns really go a long way in softening and characterizing a place. But instead the OP requires 60% minimum clear windows with no maximum and so we get sterilelized Avenues. This should have been fixed years ago.

Inside the Ledbury is much nicer, but this should be facing Queen Street, not hidden from view.

The City spends so much time fighting over height, shadows and setbacks, and then competently ignores the ground floor appearance, which I argue matters far more for the quality of place in the city. How is this acceptable? Especially in this part of the city. @jasonthorne.bsky.social please help.

4:30 pm on Saturday in the winter. Yonge street sidewalks packed to the gills with pedestrians, 4 car lanes vacant. City of Toronto - hurry up with the expanded pedestrian space already!! It is always like this.
