What flavor is your fursona?
It's gone from nearly 900k triangles down to less than 190k triangles, and from 73 contacts down to 47. Still massively over the 70k triangle limit and the 32 contact limit, but everything else is well below the limit! I've reduced its uncompressed file size down 40% as well!

Just spent about 9 hours today in Unity picking out all the excess stuff from my Rex avatar. This avatar was really well done, but I only ever wear the sweats and one other outfit. So I purged everything else, meticulously removed every armature for every outfit I removed, and removed a few props.

Has just been making thumbnails bigger and bigger or am I losing my mind?
Last week I had to zoom out to 90% and that made the page 4 videos wide again while keeping everything fairly legible, but now to do the same thing I gotta go to 60%. All the text gets too small to read at that point.
