And here they are. The Tokyo Glass Company PU0004's. To my knowledge, they were never sold online and were only ever sold in stores. You try and search these bad boys up on Google, and you get nothing. I'd love to get a pair if I could find one. web.archive.org/web/20160328...

So, sometime later, I checked on the FFXV subreddit to see if anybody had found any trace of what company made them, and thankfully I was able to through an old comment made by the user BlindingAwesomeness on there.
Though the link was dead, I was able to run it through the Internet Archive.
