Yeah! I didn't know about it until I started looking them up, a couple months ago I know I saw a couple of them for like 600-700$ CAD, there's good deals everywhere though!

Other than that one most other solutions will either be very expensive or include or a lot of DIY

For all of these I think your best option at the moment is to find a cheap used quest pro on marketplace/eBay.
Having tried it, it works really well with vrchat for face/hand/eyes tracking and I know that before it was discontinued it was selling for not too expensive around my area
